A dedicated advocate for East Gwillimbury, bringing legal and financial expertise to the table to build a stronger, more transparent community.

Rooted Here
I live in Ward 2, East Gwillimbury. My family has called Queensville home since 2018, and we've watched this community grow up around us — new neighbours, new streets, and new pressures that come with all of it. As a resident of the Ward I want to serve, I'm here to assist with that growth and help move our community forward for a greater vision.
My wife, Farzaneh, and I are raising our seven-year-old daughter here. That's the lens I bring to every decision: building a safe, successful, and thriving community the next generation is proud to stay in.
Through Slawson Legal Services, I have served as a Licensed Paralegal since 2008, navigating complex regulatory frameworks and fighting for the rights of my clients. This experience has equipped me with the analytical precision needed to review bylaws and advocate for fair governance in East Gwillimbury.
Through Benson Mortgages, I have worked as a Mortgage Agent since 2021, helping local families understand the economic pressures they face. My background in financial planning and real estate ensures that I will bring a disciplined, bottom-line approach to our municipal budget and infrastructure spending.

Sustainable growth that respects our local heritage and agricultural roots.
Transparent communication between town hall and the residents of Ward 2.
Responsible fiscal management that prioritizes essential community services.
A Commitment
Residents deserve straight answers from every municipal and government-funded agency that serves them. Public money and public trust come together — and both require openness by default, not disclosure only when pressed.
When there is a public request for information about a pending decision or a pending investigation concerning the safety of children or pets, that request deserves a clear, direct, and timely answer. No deflection, no indefinite silence, no burying accountability in process.
Responses in language residents can actually use — not agency boilerplate.
Requests acknowledged promptly, with a stated timeline for a full reply.
Matters touching the safety of children and pets are never left unanswered.
